Cashell mall is in christchurch, new zealand, it is a retail area in shipping containers, also it is home to the future christchurch showcase, where you can learn all about the future plans, while around you the building continues, hence the ever present noise of construction.

This is a short sound effect i am using in my game when fixing wooden objects. It is a combination of three sounds i found on this website.
